1. Order and Pay entirely online using our SECURE SERVER (the fastest method)
Shop throughout our store and place the items you wish to purchase into your shopping cart. Remember, you may change the quantity of any item in your shopping cart, as well as remove it completely, at any time.

When you have completed all of your shopping, simply fill out and submit the online order form including your credit card number and expiration date, plus all the necessary billing and shipping information. You will then receive an Order Confirmation Number to which you can refer. Be sure to include your daytime phone number and E-mail address so that we can contact you with any questions regarding your order.

Sales tax is charged on all orders shipping to New York State. Please note that tax is computed at the state level when placing your order. Your actual tax may vary depending upon the county you are shipping to.

RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS

Return Policy

In order to return merchandise, you must obtain an RMA number from our customer service department.

You may return any unopened merchandise (except Skincare and Haircare items) in its original condition, including original packaging and packing slip within 30 days of receipt and you will receive a full refund less shipping and any gift wrapping charges. 

A 20% restocking fee may be charged if: 

Merchandise not returned in its original condition and packaging.
Merchandise is returned without an RMA number
Merchandise is returned after 30 days

 Any shipping cost you incur to return the product to us will not be refunded.

Shipping cost is non-refundable for undelivered, unclaimed or returned packages, unless we made an error.

We do not offer refunds or exchanges on Skincare or Haircare items due to health reasons. Please make your selections carefully.

We require the following information to process your return. (If this information is not included, we will be unable to process your return.

• RMA number
• Full name and address
• Phone number
• E-mail address
• Packing slip
• Original Order Confirmation Number
• Your reason for returning the merchandise

All returns must be shipped back to PerfumeExpressions.com distribution center using a trackable courier. (UPS, FedEx, USPS Delivery Confirmation)

Any package that has not been received by PerfumeExpressions.com distribution center and tracking information cannot be provided, will be the sole responsibility of the shipper.

**Please allow up to 14 business days to process your return or exchange.

If your package is returned to PerfumeExpressions.com distribution center marked as "refused", "unclaimed", or "undeliverable", and you would like to have it re-shipped, we will unfortunately need to charge a $5.95 re-shipping fee.

Cancel Your Order

Since our distributor uses automated order processing and warehouse systems, we are unable to cancel or modify your order once it has been submitted. If you have any other questions, please contact us.
